About me……..

I am from a small town in western Oklahoma where I lived all my life. When I was young I decided to join 4-H and then I was an active member for over 11 years. It was through these experiences I decided to come to college at OSU. I started out majoring in Agricultural Communications and I quickly learned that is not what I want to do at all! So here I am now graduating in May with a Public Relations degree.

I have one sister, she is 16 and a hanful! I love being with my family and friends. I have a wonderful fiance named Chris and we are getting married in July. Chris went to Southwestern Oklahoma State University where he played football for five years. We have been together for over three years now and it was definately hard not going to the same school. However, that is about to change! Chris is student teaching this spring at Frontier and will be living in Stillwater!

I work on campus for Arts & Sciences Career Services and it is a great job. I enjoy helping other students work on resumes and polish up interview skills. I am a member of some groups on campus like PRSSA, Assoication for Women in Communication and Collegiate 4-H. I am a delegate for the National Collegiate 4-H Conference to be held in Ohio in February.

After graduation I plan on moving to Dallas and finding a job there. I want to either do PR for a non-profit organization or maybe even work for a university in career services. Hopefully soon I will know what direction I am heading because I am applying for jobs right now.
