Music is GOOD not only for our ears, but also reduces STRESS!

A study was performed and researchers found 56 percent of people in the study revealed that music minimized their stress levels. The second stress-reliever for people was watching television.

Another study interviewed people in each of the following countries: Europe, North America, South American, Asia and one country each in Africa and the Middle East. In all, 1.39 billion people we’re interviewed. They were asked out of the 24 activities which did they prefer to do to relieve stress. Music ranked highest for North Americans, obtaining a 64 percent chose music as their number one stress reliever. Asia had the lowest percent, with 46 percent.

These studies prove how music can affect people in more ways than one. Music is not only friendly to our ears, but can be helpful in our lives and in stressful situations. So if you every feel completely overwhelmed, turn on your favorite tunes and spend a few hours to yourself, calming down.
