Cutting costs
I am trying to cut costs anywhere I can. When I went bridesmaids dress shopping, I of course, picked out an expensive dress. The dresses were expensive because they are made out of an expensive silk fabric. I decided that maybe it would be cheaper to buy the fabric and have someone make the dresses. I found a lady, Valerie Silvers, in Stillwater that makes wedding gowns and bridesmaids dresses. She orders her own fabric. I went and met with her to see if she could get the fabric that I wanted and in the color that I liked. She had the perfect fabric and said that she could make them for almost half the price of the other dresses. I saw some sample dresses that she had made and they are amazing. Her Web site is www.seworiginalcouture.com. There are always ways to cut costs, you just have to be looking for them. Another way that I am cutting costs is ordering invitations online and printing them myself. These invitations are not my wedding invitations, but my best friend’s wedding shower invitations. I found the cutest invitations online at www.invitingco.com. But, to have the company print them it was an extra $26, so I decided to just print them from my own computer and they turned out great!

You are so cheap! An extra $26? Jeesh! If you’re that cheap, why are you even having a wedding at all? Just go get your man, your dad, his shotgun, the justice of the peace and a nice barn in your backyard and do it now. No bridesmaids, no tuxes, no gowns; just you, good ole what’s-his-name, your dad’s trusty rifle pointed at what’s-his-name’s melon, an old should-be dead sheriff and an entire chorus of barnyard noises. You know, some people say that’s God’s symphony orchestra(I completely made that up).

Wow, it’s amazing. 90% of people like Elton John’s song. That’s awesome.
