I’m Caroline
I’m a 23 year old girl named Caroline. On the 2nd of January I got on a train in Lund, Sweden, and ended up here. I’m going to live here until the 10th of May. Going to the U.S. means leaving the people that I love the most, especially my family and boyfriend, back home.
A persistant leo
I was born on the 11th of August, which makes my zodiac sign a leo. A leo is often described as being ego, self-centered, stubborn, persistant, requires acknowledgment and approval, likes to be noticed and appreciated, true to self, honorable, trustworthy, self-assured and confident.
Not all of this fits with my personality, but there are a few things that are true. Yes, I am stubborn and persistant, and if I start something I will finish it. Yes, I do require acknowledgement, and I know that it is annoying. And yes, I am trustworthy: if you need an honest opinion about anything, ask me and I will tell you what I really thinks. So what about ego and self-centered? Well, my blog is going to be about MY feelings, so perhaps I shouldn’t say that I’m not.
In the US to study
So what am I doing in Stillwater, Oklahoma? The correct answer should be that I’m an exchange student from the Mid Sweden University, Sundsvall, Sweden. I am here to brodden my knowledge about the area public relations. To be honest I’ve already had my share of studies within the area (right now I’m working on my master back in Sweden). But you can never learn too much! But of course I’m not here to just study. The truth is that I’ve always wanted to come to the U.S. This is just one way of making one of my dreams possible. And you know what? So far I love it!
