In 1976 Michael York starred as Logan in the science fiction classic, Logan’s Run. The movie is based on a novel by William F. Nolan and George Clayton Johnson. The story starts with Logan living in a sort of underground city. Logan, a sandman, has the job to kill anyone who runs from the rebirthing. The rebirthing ceremony is a way to keep the population of the city down. When a person in the city turns the age of 30 they are terminated. Logan receives the assignment of finding the “Sanctuary” in which the runners are fleeing too. This is outside of the utopian city in which Logan lives. Logan must fight against other sandmen to escape from city and find the “Sanctuary.”

This is going to be a movie blog. Movies are very general category. This means that the discussions that appear will vary. This could be anything from a discussion on comparing two different movies or a recommendation on a movie. There could also be news of upcoming movies. A variety of categories of movies will be discussed. This can include older movies. The discussions will not be limited to what is in theatres or new releases.
