Natalie Portman

film.JPG Natalie Portman is a young actress born in Jerusalem, Israel. Her acting career started when she played a young girl trying to get revenge for her family’s death in The Professional. She was able to play a leading role in her first film. She became very well known when she played Queen Amidala in the Star Wars prequals. Some of her other films include Heat, Beautiful Girls, Mars Attacks, Where the Heart Is, and Cold Mountain. She can currently be seen in the British comic book made movie V for Vendetta.

Natalie Portman was an amazing actress even during her first film The Professional. The Professional is one of my favorite movies. In the beginning of the movie Natalie Portman’s character, a preteen girl, discovers her family has been killed. She is able to hide at a neighbor’s apartment from the men that are still in her family’s apartment after killing them. From her neighbor she learns how to be a cleaner (professional killer). This is an interesting first movie for any actress. I recommend that everyone should see one of her films.

Edward Norton

tickets.JPG Edward Norton is one of my favorite actors. He has had an amazing career from the very beginning. The first movie that he was in, he costarred next to Richard Gere in the 1996 film Primal Fear. Some of his most notable roles consist of the 1998 American History X,the 1999 Fight Club, the 2001 The Score, and the 2003 The Italian Job. This is just a short list of the movies he has acted in. I strongly recommend that everyone see American History X at some point. It is a very moving film.

Edward Norton has been in movies for every mood. If you are the type of person that really can’t stand Barney the purple dinosaur you should look into seeing Death to Smoochy starring Edward Norton alongside Robin Williams. Perhaps you’re in the mood for a romantic comedy, take a look at Keeping the Faith. Even if you’re in the mood to see some Hanable Lectre, you can go rent Red Dragon. Just take a look at the list of Edward Norton’s films and I am sure you can find something to entertain yourself.
