My Phikiea eduaction program was designed to introduce freshman to the fraternity and brotherhood. The program last 12 weeks and initiation is based on grades and house participation.  The program includes education of our house and its members.  Alos, how our house is operated both as a ffraternity and student organization.  Phikeias will be taught about the fraternity and what it represents to millions of Phis all over the world.  Beyond this they will learn skill sets including etiquette, public speaking, effective study skills, writing for resutls, financialmanagement, infomration orn responsible drinking, and other workships designed to cmliment certain social and professional situtations.
