Anticipating the Best Games of 2006 Really Hurts

My sides are splitting in agony with the waiting involved in some can’t miss games to be released soon this year. Below are links to my most anticipated games of 2006. These babies will not disappoint fans of any kind of game. Listed in order are the top 10 games I want to play the most. When these gems hit the shelves, you’ll see my sorry ass first in line at Wal-Mart. This is just a list of the games but come Tuesday I will have the titles of the games linked to their own pages with in depth features and screenshots. Until then…you readers better take care.

Wow… you must spend a lot of money on this! But it’s cool that you’re so in to it. I don’t really know what you are studying, but are you planning on working with something like this in the future? (Someone told me a few days ago that it is the people who love what they are working with that are actually doing a good job :) )

Yes I am in fact very into this stuff, however childish it may seem to many. I can’t believe people get paid to do this sort of work. Funny you should mention but perhaps the best Web site for video games, Internet Gaming Network (IGN, which is linked to my site), is hiring games editors to play and rate games. I am absolutly tempted to send in a cover letter and resume, but the one con is that to interview for a job there and to work there, I’d have to move to San Francisco CA, and I am in no position to do so at this time. Hopefully though I would love to end up doing this for money.

I don’t think it’s childish. It’s my dream job to be like a level designer or something. I may beat you to that IGN job. I move to CA this summer.

have you heard anything about the new PS3? I’ve heard that they are coming out with one, but I haven’t seen any pictures or any game new game ideas. I’m really looking forward to it, but not for paying for it.

Actually yes I have. The PS3 is coming out within the next month or so. It is being projected to be priced anywhere between $500-$800 dollars and will easily outpower the upcoming Nintendo Revolution and even the X-Box 360. Total waste of money if you ask me…initially anyways. I say once it dips down to $300-$400 it will be worth it. The games are most definatly going to be badass. Copy and paste this URL into your address box to learn more about the PS3 and it’s upcomming games. http://ps3.ign.com/ Because this is a PC game only blog, there will not be any coverage over consoles.
