Taco Soup
Here is a fun and healthy recipe, called taco soup. 1 cup of Taco soup is only 3 point if you are on the Weight Watchers‘ diet.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb of hamburger meat
1 large onion
1 can of tomato sauce
2 cans of beans (kidney or pinto)
1 can of Rotel
1 can of corn
2 cups of water
1 pkg of taco seasoning
1 pkg of hidden valley ranch.
First: cut up large onion and cook it with the hamburger meat in a medium skillet. Drain meat.
Second: add all ingredients to large pot and stir. Let cook on medium heat until all everything is thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
Serve with torilla chips, sour cream and shreded cheese (not part of the low fat diet, but delicious with the soup!)
