P.S. You’re not funny if you title it something along the lines of “piece of crap,” or “Brent Battle sucks at GarageBand.” However, you might be laughing.

My trip to New Orleans

Eddie Sutton - another drunk hero

eddie_sutton_beer_face1.jpgOnce upon a time, I got drunk beyond oblivion, took some prescription pills and drove recklessly at high speeds. I was lucky I didn’t kill anyone. Should I be in jail?

This is a question Eddie Sutton might be tossing around after foolishly getting behind the wheel when clearly he couldn’t drive. Eddie didn’t go to jail, even though he should have. Instead, we feel sorry for him and wish him the best.

Regardless the sentiments, why is he the exception to the rule?

A lobby group for TV and radio news directors calls the FCC inquiry “an unprecendented intrusion” and claim First Amendment protection. First Amendment experts agree.
