Do you know there is the other kind of Japanese fans that are truely originated in Japan?

Sensu were invented based on uchiwa in the 8th century. It is as popular as uchiwa but used in more various occasions.

I did photo-tracing collages under the theme of approaching color and abstract emphasis. Since I am not an abstract person, I struggled a little bit to express myself in such a way. But the photos theirselves were reflection of reality, at least, and that helped me a lot. When you can’t describe what you have in your mind, I think this is a good way to do it.
