Paris is known throughout the world for the beauty and assortment of its monuments. Towers, archways, bridges, churches, palaces, etc. are just a few of the extraordinary collection of landmarks. Of course, Paris wouldn’t be Paris without the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame or Sacré Coeur. You can’t miss the spectacle all these monuments make when they are illuminated at night! Most of the attractions in Paris stay open during the weekend and close on one weekday, and of course stay closed on public holidays. I suggest you go on the tours each landmark offers. They are not that expensive but extremely informative on all the aspects of each monument you would want to know.
