Viva Las Vegas
If you’re not one to want to travel outside the country, the first place I’m going to suggest that you visit is the fun filled city of Las Vegas
. If you’re not a gambler, drinker, or partier, you will still enjoy what the city has to offer. I don’t consider myself any of those, and I not only had the best time of my life there on my 21st birthday, but I’m also already planning for my next visit.
Anytime of the year is a great time to go to Las Vegas. If it is your first time visiting the city, I suggest you go during the summer when it’s warm and tour the city. The huge, moving lights and signs are very impressive each time you see them. If you’re not one to walk around and would rather get a cab or limo to view the city as quickly as possible before hitting the gambling tables or finding the nearest club, go during the winter. The city doesn’t get that cold, and if you plan on staying indoors for most of your trip, it really doesn’t matter does it? The main reason I believe the winter season is the best time to go to Las Vegas is because of one beautiful aspect the state of Nevada is known for…mountains. It is absolutely breathtaking when you look out your hotel window and see the sparkling city below with the snow capped mountains in the back. Not to mention your flight arriving and departing the city has an amazing view of the sugar coated mountains. Just make sure you get a window seat!
