Position to assist two areas of the College of Arts and Sciences – press relations and alumni relations. Help launch a new office in Arts and Sciences.

- Assist with editorial content for Web, magazine, press releases and other communications.

Spring Public Relations Internship in Oklahoma City
The Oklahoma Film & Music Office hopes to provide interns with an understanding of the film and music industries in Oklahoma by involving them in diverse projects.
One of the integral duties of interns is compiling film and music events throughout Oklahoma and posting them on the Film & Music Office’s Web site.
Other duties include:
- Drafting and editing the weekly e-newsletter, This Week in Film & Music
- Researching the film industry trade papers to keep the office abreast of current trends and post relevant articles to the press page.
- Assisting with general office duties on a daily basis. Interns answer phones, respond to requests for location photographs and production guides, and provide general information regarding filming in Oklahoma.

Spring Public Relations Internship Opportunity
Primary focus:
To assist the OBA’s Public Information Department in its efforts to communicate with OBA members and to provide public service projects for the general public.
Duties would include assisting in:
- Helping the OBA prepare for Law Day in April.
- Filling requests for brochures provided as a public service.
- Reviewing newspaper clippings.
- Writing and editing copy for Oklahoma Bar Journal.

Marketing and Communications Internship
The OSU Foundation is looking for a creative, energetic communications intern to assist members of the Foundation’s marketing and communications team. The OCPA is a nonprofit, nonpartisan, 501(c)(3) research and education organization, often referred to as a “think tank.” It is offering and internship for the spring semester. This is a paid, part- or full-time internship

The Oklahoma Heritage Association is seeking a public relations/marketing intern for the spring 2008 semester. The OHA is an 80-year-old non-profit organization dedicated to preserving Oklahoma’s history and promoting pride in our great state. In each of its programs and through the new Gaylord-Pickens Oklahoma Heritage Museum, the OHA strives to tell Oklahoma’s story through its people.

Paid, Spring PR Internship
Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to teach interns about the field of public relations and to help acclimate them to the demands of the profession. Each intern will receive hands-on, real-world experience as they team up with ‘Saxumites’ on projects such as: public relations and media campaigns, project planning, research and intelligence gathering, writing, brand development and many others. Saxum interns are invited to join client account teams and to work alongside even senior public relations practitioners.
