Christmas Shortbread

1 cup confectionary sugar
3 sticks salted butter (3/4 pound)
3 cups flour
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream sugar and butter together in large mixing bowl.
- Gradually add flour. Mix well.
- Place into an ungreased 9×13 inch pan. Score into bite-size pieces and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool and cut into squares.
