Christmas Shortbread

1 cup confectionary sugar
3 sticks salted butter (3/4 pound)
3 cups flour

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream sugar and butter together in large mixing bowl.
  3. Gradually add flour. Mix well.
  4. Place into an ungreased 9×13 inch pan. Score into bite-size pieces and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cool and cut into squares.
