Better

Well, I have been using Pandora for about six months now.

I feel as if I have learned so much about music in these past months. I was outdated when it came to music. I listened only that which I absorbed from others.

Most of the songs on my iPod were from my freshman year of college. These were songs I came to love, but they were old.

Pandora allowed me to be the person people look up to for music. There is a person at work who seemingly stalks me via my pandora station. It is creepy, but this person can add my station and start listening to it on her computer like it is her own without me knowing she even stole it from me.

And, although I am flattered a bit that someone would actually listen to my music simply because I like it, it is a bit scary and creepy that this person is not unique enough to like music for herself.

She downloaded a bunch of the songs I have “thumbsed up” on my station. She even went as far as burning me a CD with a bunch of these songs on them… Weird.

All in all, I am a more educated person who listens to music because of Pandora. You can bet I will keep listening as long as I can: at work, at home, when I do homework, when I have a party…

Music was my life in high school and now I have a reason to help me become obsessed once more. I admire Pandora radio more than any radio station out there.

Thanks for reading.
